This Privacy Policy explains how UPAYnTRACK collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our invoicing and payment tracking service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and business address, which you provide when you register or update your profile.
Business data: clients, invoices, line items, payment records, and any content you add while using the service.
Payment information: when your customers pay an invoice, payment is processed by Paystack. We receive a transaction reference and status from Paystack, but we do not store full card or bank credentials on our servers.
Usage and device data: log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the service secure and reliable.
To provide the service: creating and sending invoices, generating payment links, tracking payments, and showing your revenue dashboard.
To communicate with you: sending account, verification, billing, and support messages, and responding to your enquiries.
To improve and secure the service: diagnosing problems, preventing fraud and abuse, and understanding how features are used.
To meet legal obligations: keeping records required by applicable law and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate UPAYnTRACK, such as Paystack for payment processing, our email delivery provider, and our cloud hosting and database provider.
These providers may process data only on our instructions and are required to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of UPAYnTRACK, our users, or the public.
We keep your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
We use industry standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can access and update most of your information directly in your account settings. You may also request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing, by contacting us at the address below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the service.
