These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of UPAYnTRACK, an invoicing and payment tracking service for freelancers and small businesses. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information when you register, including a valid email address and phone number, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the service.
You agree to use UPAYnTRACK only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to send fraudulent invoices, to harass recipients, to distribute malware, or to violate the rights of any third party.
You are solely responsible for the content of the invoices you create and send, including the accuracy of amounts, tax, and the goods or services described.
Payments from your customers are processed by Paystack and are subject to Paystack's own terms. Settlement timing and processing fees are determined by Paystack and your arrangement with them.
Paid subscription plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non refundable. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice.
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or limit the service for maintenance, security, or to protect our users.
UPAYnTRACK and its software, design, and branding belong to us. You retain ownership of the business data and content you put into the service. You grant us the limited right to process that content only to provide and improve the service.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if your use poses a risk to the service or other users.
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPAYnTRACK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
