Do my clients need an account to pay?
No. They open the link in your invoice and pay by card, bank transfer or USSD in a few taps, with nothing to sign up for.
How do I receive the money?
Add your bank account in settings. Once it's verified, payments from your clients settle straight into that account.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
UPAYnTRACK doesn't add a fee on top of what your clients pay. Standard payment processing fees apply to online payments.
What happens when I reach my invoice limit?
You keep access to everything you've sent. To create more invoices, upgrade to a plan with a higher limit. It takes about a minute.
Will I be charged automatically every month?
No. Plans are paid upfront for a month or a year and never renew on their own. When your period ends, you move back to Free unless you choose to renew.
Can clients pay part of an invoice?
Yes. Part payments are tracked automatically, and on Growth and above you can split an invoice into scheduled instalments.
